Closed around 1990, this warehouse was used to transfer goods for Buns Master from railcar to trucks and vice-versa. All that is left now is an empty space full of some excellent pieces of graffiti and some left over 'art props' from a Experimental Music party that used the site. A spur line still runs right into the building for loading boxcars. Neighbourhood kids have used this building for an indoor skate park from proliferated materials in the area. At the time AOTU visited, a vagabond man used the front office as his temporary home!
